Couch to 5k 2020 Training Plan

This couch to 5k Training Plan is the perfect introduction into taking back control over your health and fitness in 2020.
The structure of the plan incorporates 3 full rest days allowing for your body to recover fully increasing your fitness and maintaining your motivation.
In only 8 weeks of regular training the plan gradually progresses to help you reach the start line ready to finish it with a smile on your face.



This plan will help you to complete the 5k challenge with a smile on your face and set you up to take on even bigger challenges in the future.

Top Tip: at 9am on Saturdays in many parks across the UK a free marshalled 5k event takes place – so get ready to start feeling the benefits of your new found running fitness!
