Colchester 2020 10K Training Plan

This challenging 8 Week training plan builds on the fitness developed throughout the winter and primes you for a fast 10K race in Britain oldest Town.
You will spring into great shape with this ramping up training plan which develops your muscular endurance and launches you into a summer in PB shape.



This race is a great race to motivate your need for speed after the Colchester Half Marathon and London Marathon post race blues.
